Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.

Paying by Cheque / Postal Order

If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we have to wait for your funds to clear before we can send any products.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then send the form to the address below. Please make cheques payable to Inetstores Limited and send to the address at the bottom of the page

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, please return them (part or whole order) and we will either give you a full refund, or we will exchange the items. Returned goods must comply with the following.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Costumes should be returned in original packaging, unworn and undamaged. Returns should be made via recorded delivery only. Due to personal hygiene issues, teeth, underwear, wigs, facial hair or tights cannot be returned. Please enclose your order number, this can be found on your invoice. If you do not have this number please enclose your name and address with the return. Please send any returns to the address below and mark the package Dept 5

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per order basis. The standard delivery charge is £3.99 per UK order, £6.99 in Europe and £9.99 Worldwide. Free delivery is available on UK orders over £35. Some geographical exclusions apply i.e Highlands of Scotland and outlying islands

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Unhappy with our service

We are passionate about customer service and we pride ourselves on giving the very best products and service. If you feel we have let you down in any way, please let us know. If you raise concerns about any part of our service, either by phone, e-mail or letter then we will ensure it is dealt with promptly (we will usually reply on the same day but please allow up to 2 working days at our busier times). All concerns will be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
